A large villa immersed in a garden full of the typical vegetation of the island of Favignana: prickly pears, carob trees, olive trees and fragrant flowers during the spring make this place a corner of paradise.
During the summer, the wonderful view of the sea and the island of Levanzo, right in front of the villa, will make your waking up and your days even happier.
The villa has two large, covered verandas equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and barbecues for outdoor dining.
The interior is elegant and spacious, with two cozy double bedrooms facing the sea, two bathrooms with showers, a large living room with a sofa bed and a sliding door that can be closed, allowing the area to be transformed into a third private room, providing more privacy if required
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Nescafe machine and kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas. A wide range of utensils and crockery is available, from fine cutlery to first-rate pots and pans, plates, glasses and cups for every occasion, chopping boards, blenders and more

The entire construction has been built respecting the environment and following the principles of energy saving, both for the air with a new generation air conditioning system and for the hot water, which is produced by means of thermal solar panels that allow the water to be heated in a totally sustainable manner.
We do not use plastic and in the showers, we use dispensers with non-polluting products.
The swimming pool, an infinity pool, is in the garden a few steps from the villa and will allow you to take a refreshing swim and admire from the water the wonderful panorama of the stretch of sea between Favignana and Levanzo or the breathtaking sunsets over the island of Marettimo.
You can also just sunbathe while chatting with your friends or making friends with the guests of the other two villas of Cala Virdi, with which the pool is shared.
On request, and only at certain times of the year, the pool can be reserved for exclusive use.
